Students and teachers of Government Senior Secondary School Bhedwal organized a walking rally during the campaign against drugs.

School Lecturer Sardar Taranjit Singh Sidhu said that the rally was flagged off by Principal Mrs. Gurdeep Kaur and led by Lecturer Dr. Praveen Begum, the rally started from Bhedwal School and went through the surrounding villages and ended at the school.
During this rally, the students were holding charts in their hands showing the ill effects of drug use on human life and they raised loud slogans to create awareness among the people against drugs.
The school's computer teacher Mrs. Shalu along with the students raised strong slogans against drugs and motivated the villagers to stay away from drugs. Lecturers Mandeep Kaur, Mrs. Khushbir Kaur, C. Rohit Verma, C. Shankar Negi, Mrs. Praveen Begum and Sardar Taranjit Singh Sidhu were present in this rally.
