Hoshiarpur, December 14 - The 5th Annual Convocation is being held on December 18 at Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, Khiala. Giving information in this regard, Vice Chancellor Dharamjit Singh Parmar said that on this occasion, Governor Punjab Gulab Chand Kataria will attend as the chief guest and various programs will be presented by the students and other dignitaries present on the occasion will also address.
