Patiala- Due to the non-declaration of the long pending Assistant Lineman (ALM) recruitment (CRA 312/25) result in Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL), a dharna was organized today in front of PSPCL Head Office, Patiala under the leadership of United Front Punjab President Parwinder Singh Mansa.
A large number of unemployed Assistant Lineman candidates participated in this dharna. Gurcharan Singh Dakaunda of RTD wing of TSU Union also joined the dharna and promised to support the struggle in future. After this, a meeting was held with HRD representative Heera Lal ji on behalf of the management, in which he assured that the result will be declared by August 20.
The organization ended the dharna and warned that if the result is not declared by August 20, then after the 20th, a permanent dharna will be held outside the PSPCL head office for an indefinite period, the responsibility of which will be entirely of the management.
