Hansi:– SDM Rajesh Khoth instructed the officials of the Irrigation Department, Development and Panchayat Department, Revenue Department to remain alert in view of the rainy season and not to leave the headquarters without permission. Patwari and Kanungo should be present in the respective work area and assess the areas affected by waterlogging and send a report.
SDM Rajesh Khoth was listening to public problems in the Samadhan Camp organized in the joint office premises on Monday. During this, people of two-three villages demanded that rainwater drainage be done quickly. 
On this, the SDM said that the rainy season is going on, due to heavy rains in many places in the subdivision area, waterlogging situation persists. He said that water drainage is also being done simultaneously.
 He instructed the officers of the concerned departments to make additional arrangements in the areas where there is more waterlogging and speed up the drainage work so that the crops of the farmers are not damaged and the general public also does not face any problem. 
He has instructed the Patwaris and Kanungos to be present in the field and ensure that the complete details of the area affected by waterlogging are sent by filling them in the prescribed form.
Yogesh, a resident of Dhana Khurd, raised the problem related to the collapse of the house due to rain. On this, the SDM took immediate cognizance and asked the Naib Tehsildar to inspect the spot after the Samadhan camp and submit a report.
Instructions given for making old age pension: In the Samadhan camp, Kalavati, a resident of village Garhi, submitted an application for getting old age pension. 
On this, the SDM instructed the officer of the concerned department to check the eligibility documents and make the pension immediately. He said that if the documents are correct, then the old age pension amount should reach Kalavati's bank account next month in any case.
 Problems related to getting electricity bills corrected, getting BPL ration cards made, getting houses constructed under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, getting errors corrected in family identity cards and Aadhar cards were presented in the Samadhan camp. 
The SDM listened to all the problems seriously and directed the officers of the concerned departments to solve all the problems presented on an urgent basis. Naib Tehsildar and officers of various departments were present in the meeting.
