Mahilpur, October 21 - In the Panchayat elections held last day, Surinder Pappi was re-elected Sarpanch from village Cantonment. Before this he has also been Sarpanch in 2013-18. 
On this occasion, Surinder Pappi Chairman Shri Guru Ravidasiya Dharma Pracharak Maha Sabha (Reg:) Hoshiarpur thanked all the residents of village Cantonment and said that they will fulfill the responsibility assigned to them by the villagers. And their doors are open 24 hours a day for the villagers. They will do the work of all the villagers without any discrimination, regardless of caste.
 After becoming the Sarpanch, Surinder Pappi paid obeisance at Dera Sant Baba Ranju Das Maharaj Ji at village Mahdud and took blessings from the chief administrator of the Dera Sant Baba Satnam Das Maharaj Ji. Similarly, he also met MLA Brahm Shankar Jimpa and expressed his happiness.
