Rajpura December 20- Annual Sports Day was celebrated at Shivalik Convent School on Rajpura Chandigarh Road in which children from class 1 to class 12 participated in sports and had fun.
While giving information, the school's Principal Madam Chinu Sharma and Managing Director Ashutosh Bharatwaj said that today is the final day of the sports meet and the winners will be given prizes.
While giving further information, they said that not only studies but also sports activities are important in the school, which helps in the physical and mental development of the children and at the same time, they also develop a sense of team spirit, which increases their morale.
He further informed that today's Annual Sports Day was graced by the chief guest, Aam Aadmi Party Punjab Spokesperson Advocate Vikramjit Singh Pasi and he extended his warmest wishes to the entire staff and children of the school on this Sports Day. On this occasion, the Chairman of the school, Ramesh Bhardwaj, Managing Director, Ashutosh Bharatwaj, Principal Madam Chinu Sharma and the entire staff of the school were present and the children completed the Annual Sports Day in a disciplined manner.
