Hoshiarpur- A 15-day summer volleyball camp was organized for girls at Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary Model School Shimla Pahadi Mall Road. Coach Malkiyat Singh, Ravi Mehta and international player and coach Chanchal Singh made 30 players work hard in the camp. On the occasion of the closing of the camp, Vidya Mandir Sanstha President Anurag Sood, Manisha Joshi, Kusum Sharma and Chetna etc. were present.
On this occasion, Chief Coach Chanchal Singh said that the players have worked hard in the camp, due to which their physical and mental strength has increased and they have tried to learn the nuances and new techniques of the game. He said that he is confident that like before, these players will bring laurels to the school and Hoshiarpur district by winning medals at the state and national level.
On this occasion, Anurag Sood said that during the camp, many former national and international players have also come on special occasions to introduce them to the nuances of the game. He said that efforts will continue to encourage the youth to participate in sports.
