Rajpura, 20-12-24: Today, at 5:30 am, a team of NIA raided the house of Damanpreet Singh, associated with an organization called Students for Society, in village Sadharur near Rajpura. According to information received from the spot, this raid of NIA lasted from 5 am to 10 am. During this, copies of Damalpreet Singh's bank account, laptop and two mobile phones were taken into possession by the NIA team.
According to information, this raid has been conducted in a case related to Lucknow. Along with this, Damanpreet Singh had also been called to Lucknow by NIA and questioned. On hearing the news of the raid, the leaders of the farmer organizations of the area and the village Sarpanch of the village reached Daman's house. Talking to the media, he said that such raids are being carried out by the central government agencies against the youth who are raising their voice for their rights.
