District level Yoga Day will be celebrated at Police Line Ground- Amarbir Kaur Bhullar.

Hoshiarpur- Additional Deputy Commissioner (J) Amarbir Kaur Bhullar today reviewed the preparations for the district level function to be organized on the 11th International Yoga Day by holding a meeting with the officers at Police Line Ground Hoshiarpur. On this occasion, she said that under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Ashika Jain, International Yoga Day will be celebrated at the district level at Police Line Ground from 5 am to 7 am on June 21, 2025.

On this occasion, she said that under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Ashika Jain, International Yoga Day will be celebrated at the district level at Police Line Ground from 5 am to 7 am on June 21, 2025.
She directed all the concerned departments to fulfill the responsibility assigned to them with full devotion so that this function can be organized successfully. She directed the nodal officer of the program, Dr. Harish Bhatia, to ensure the overall arrangements of the program. Additional Deputy Commissioner said that on the occasion of District Level Yoga Day in Police Line, yoga will be conducted by various instructors and information will also be given about the importance of yoga asanas.
She directed the concerned departments that there should be no shortage of any kind in the preparations of the gathering. He appealed to the heads of all departments including social service organizations, police department, PRTC Jahan Khel, BSF Camp Kharka, students, youth club members and yoga lovers to participate in large numbers in this district level Yoga Day by reaching Police Line Ground Hoshiarpur on 21st June 2025 at 5 am.
On this occasion, SDM Hoshiarpur Gursimranjit Kaur, Chief Minister's Field Officer Parampreet Singh, DSP Manpreet Shimar, District Ayurvedic and Unani Officer Dr. Pradeep Singh, Nodal Officer Dr. Harish Bhatia, District Coordinator CM Yogashala Madhavi Singh, officers of various departments, social service organizations and representatives of schools and colleges were present.
