Ludhiana - Charanjit Lal Kaede was born to Dhanna Ram Kaede in the womb of Mata Bachan Kaur in 1948. He has two brothers and four sisters. His father, Dhanna Ram Kaide, was a big leather merchant at Ghanta Ghar. He did his schooling up to class 10 from Oriental School Model Town. After his studies, he started helping his father in leather work.
He got married to Manjit Kaur in 1968 at Doraha near Rampur. At the age of 71 years, battling illness for five to six months, three boys Tarsem Lal, Kulwinder Singh, Lakhvir Singh Advocate, three girls, spouse Manjit Kaur and one brother Ved Prakash Kaide, two sisters Bhupinder Kaur former Sarpanch Harnampura, Pritam Kaur said goodbye to this mortal world, leaving the blacksmith crying and fainting.
The family will pray Sri Sahaj Path for spiritual peace on 12th May Sunday 2024 at Gurdwara Singh Sabha Basant Avenue Back Side B C M School Dhandra Road Sat Jot Nagar Dugri Ludhiana from 12 to 1 PM.
