
Ranjodh Singh Hadana fined two private buses by checking at 11 o'clock at night
Patiala, November 4: Pepsu Road Transport Corporation (PRTC) has tightened the crackdown on private bus operators who are defrauding the government by running tourist permit buses on various routes for general passengers.
Patiala, November 4: Pepsu Road Transport Corporation (PRTC) has tightened the crackdown on private bus operators who are defrauding the government by running tourist permit buses on various routes for general passengers. Heavy fines have also been imposed on these buses for the last 6-7 months.
PRTC Chairman Ranjodh Singh Hadana himself is checking these buses along with the staff. At around 11 pm last night, they along with PRTC General Manager Amanveer Singh Tiwana and Chief Inspector and other inspectors fined after checking two such buses in which passengers were traveling but they had tourist permits. These buses were going from Chandigarh to Bikaner and Jaipur. The drivers of these buses failed to show the documents.
Ranjodh Singh Hadana has said that there has been a ban on the Dadagiri of private transporters and transporters who slander the government will not be spared. He revealed that to crack down on such buses, PRTC has constituted special teams which will monitor such buses on various routes.
