He said that the farmers who get information from the chat bot are also contacted from the call center and it is ensured that the machinery is available on time.
When the machinery was available, Navdeep Singh, a farmer of Todarpur village, said that the straw bales were made on time in his three villages, thanks to which he has planted peas on time.
