3600 km cycle journey from Kerala to promote world peace and environmental responsibility

Hoshiarpur - Under the "Ride for Peace" campaign, Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Wing India has embarked on a 3,600 km cycle ride from Kerala to Kadyan, District Gurdaspur with the aim of promoting world peace and environmental responsibility. Today, the cyclists of this journey reached the Sachdeva stock office at Bhulawadi in Hoshiarpur.

Hoshiarpur - Under the "Ride for Peace" campaign, Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Wing India has embarked on a 3,600 km cycle ride from Kerala to Kadyan, District Gurdaspur with the aim of promoting world peace and environmental responsibility. Today, the cyclists of this journey reached the Sachdeva stock office at Bhulawadi in Hoshiarpur.
Where Fit Biker Club President Paramjit Sachdeva warmly welcomed them. Mr. Avinash Roy Khanna, Former Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) and Anurag Sood, MD of Vidya Mandir School and Coordinator of Sarb Dharma Sadbhavana Committee were also present on this occasion. Rahim Ahmed, head of the Jatha from Kerala, thanked everyone for the welcome and in his statement to the press said that the journey started on 6th September 2024 with the Dhavajarohan ceremony in Kozhikode.
During this journey, cyclists have been participating in awareness campaigns in various states and major cities. The main purpose of this campaign is to prevent global conflicts and promote a sustainable lifestyle. In which environmental activities like use of bicycles and tree planting are being encouraged. The cycle journey is a symbol of the Ahmadiyya Muslim community's commitment to peace, understanding and environmental responsibility.
Cyclists are motivated by the belief that concerted efforts are needed to avoid the devastating consequences of war and environmental woes. The cyclists felt great joy and satisfaction on reaching Hoshiarpur which is also known as the city of saints. In the welcome function organized by the Fit Biker Club here, all the people present, especially the Vice President Utamjit Singh, Secretary Munir Nazir, Gurmail Singh and the citizens of Punjab were sincerely thanked.
Sheikh Mannan, Shamsher Khan, Waleed Ahmed etc. were also present on this occasion among other special personalities.
