
The state meeting of Janavadi Istri Sabha Punjab will be held on 19,20 August 2025 in Garhshankar;
Garhshankar- Today, on 30 July 2025, the state committee members of Janavadi Istri Sabha (ADWA) were held in Garhshankar under the chairmanship of Bibi Asha Rana at Dr. Bhag Singh Hall. First of all, Comrade VS Achuta Nandan paid tribute to the former Chief Minister of Kerala by standing in silence for two minutes. Through a resolution, the massacre of 60,000 Palestinian people, women, children, sick, and hungry people by Israel with the instigation and help of the American empire was condemned and an immediate stop to the war and massacre was demanded.

Releasing the report of the decisions of the meeting to the press, Bibi Harpreet Kaur Jhabal said that this provincial meeting will be held in Bibi Gulab Kaur Hall, sister of the Gadrian Babas, in Vidyawatti (Moranwali) Nagar, mother of Shaheed Azam Bhagat Singh. In this, a report of the activities and struggles of the last three years will be presented. Delegates will participate in the debate. New elections will be held.
The central leadership will present their valuable ideas in this meeting. In this meeting, 50% seats from Panchayat to Parliament will be demanded for reservation for women. The atrocities on women should be stopped, the perpetrators of rape and murder committed by the Manipur government and goons should be given strict punishment.
Condemned the Punjab government for not fulfilling its promise of giving one thousand rupees every month to women and demanded immediate fulfillment of the promise. The Punjab government should start a monthly pension of Rs 6000 for old age, widows and disabled people. On this occasion, state leaders Bibi Subhash Mattu, Dr. Kanwaljit Kaur Amritsar, Sarvjit Kaur and Harjinder Kaur Ludhiana, Neelam Rani, Poonam Goraya, Surinder Kaur, Prem Lata, Surinder Chumbar, Sunita Talwandi and others were present.
