Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, June 29, 2025: As part of the efforts being made by the District Bureau of Employment and Commerce Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar to make the youth aware about employment opportunities, a career conference will be organized at Rayat Bahra University on 5th February, in which 5 expert speakers will give information about employment opportunities.
During the district level review meeting today, Deputy Director Harpreet Singh Manshahia gave information about the activities being done by the District Bureau of Employment and Commerce.
Apart from this, a placement camp is being organized by the District Bureau of Employment and Commerce on 13th February at the Center for Distance and Online Education, Punjab University.
Apart from the above, the District Bureau of Employment and Commerce in collaboration with Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Jhanjeri is organizing a program on the topic of Prerana-Women Centric Entrepreneurship on 8th March from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
He further informed that the District Employment and Commerce Bureau, SAS Nagar organizes placement camps every Thursday and the youth desirous of getting a job can reach the District Employment and Commerce Bureau every Thursday with the original certificates of their qualifications and their photocopies and can get a job on the basis of their qualifications.
