Devigarh/Patiala, March 20 - Integration of education with other activities while keeping the all-round development of students at the fore is the need of the hour. For this purpose, the students should be motivated from time to time to do such activities, which will show their personality. These words were expressed by Assistant Professor Hardeep Singh Dhingar in charge of University College Miranpur during the slogan writing competition organized by Eco Club at the college. On this occasion, Eco Club convener Dr. Naresh Kumar Batish said that it is necessary to motivate the students to keep the earth clean day by day. One way to create awareness among students is to conduct different types of competitions on the topic of pollution. Under this, a slogan writing competition was organized by the Eco Club at the college. About 50 students participated in these competitions. A student of BA Part III won the first place in the competition. Komalpreet Kaur, a student of BA Part I, came second. The third place was bagged by Harpreet Kaur of BA Part III. Who were honored with a prize. The role of judgment was played by Dr. Tejinder Pal Singh, Dr. Manpreet Kaur Sodhi and Dr. Rajinder Singh Sohal. Dr. Mani Inderpal Singh, Dr. Nishu Garg, Dr. Lavdeep Sharma and Assistant Prof. Ramanpreet Singh were present on this occasion.
