Nawanshahr - Media in charge of Joint Action Committee of 28 employees, labor, social and religious organizations of Punjab and convener of National Labor Organization (NLO) Baldev Bharti State Awardee received cut blue cards (smart) of Ata Dal Scheme from Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann. Commenting on the statement of reactivation of the Card) said that the Chief Minister has tried to impress Punjabis through this statement by considering it as delusional.
Talking to selected journalists here, Baldev Bharti said that the Chief Minister himself should not forget that after coming to power, the Aam Aadmi Party had cut off 10 lakh 77 thousand blue cards from across Punjab as invalid. And 40 lakh people were deprived of this facility of food grains. Due to this reason, the health facilities of poor people associated with Ayushman Bharat Sarbat Sehat Bima Yojana were also lost. He said that the Aam Aadmi Party leaders had spread false propaganda on the heads of honorable municipal councillors, sarpanch panch sahbans, municipal employees, patwaris, anganwadi workers and MNREGA officials to cover up the incompetence of the government. And they were made evil. He said that people also want to know that the blue cards which were previously declared ineligible have now become eligible? If they were qualified, then why was Afra Tafari created by cutting them? And why were people harmed? He also strongly demanded from the Punjab government that the loss caused to the people due to the cutting of these ration cards should be compensated. And the smart cards of thousands of poor families deprived of this Ata Dal scheme should also be made soon.
