Somani Shikshan Sansthan will provide free education to the children of all journalist families associated with Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana: Dr. Indu Bansal

Rewari/Chandigarh, 30 June 2025- The Rewari district unit of Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana organized a state level journalist honor ceremony in honor of journalists at Somani Shikshan Sansthan located at Garhi Bolni Road Rewari. Rewari/Chandigarh, 30 June 2025- The Rewari district unit of Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana organized a state level journalist honor ceremony in honor of journalists at Somani Shikshan Sansthan located at Garhi Bolni Road Rewari. The honor ceremony was presided over by Dr. Indu Bansal, State President and Founder of Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana. 
Among the guests were senior BJP leader Baljeet Yadav, ADG Rajendra Chaudhary of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, BJP District President Vandana Popli, INLD District President Rajpal Yadav, Somani Shikshan Sansthan head Advocate Vishal Somani and Advocate Parivartan Somani, along with dignitaries associated with the executive, legislature, judiciary and news agency and hundreds of journalists from across the state were specially present.
In the program, hundreds of journalists from almost all the districts of Haryana were honored by presenting a sash and a memento. All the guests who came to the state level journalist felicitation ceremony encouraged the journalists and promised to support them in every problem.
On behalf of Somani Shikshan Sansthan, Advocate Vishal Somani and Advocate Parivartan Somani said that Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana is actually working for the interests of journalists. He announced on behalf of his educational institution that in future, children of every journalist family associated with Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana will be given free education in Somani Shikshan Sansthan. On this occasion, Manju Somani, co-founder of Somani Shikshan Sansthan, was specially present.
Adg Rajendra Chaudhary, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, who came to the journalist felicitation ceremony, after listening to all the problems of the journalists, assured their solution. He said that Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh is journalist friendly and he will always advocate with the Government of India to protect the interests of the journalists associated with the union. He said that whenever Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh will come to him with any problem of Haryana journalists, he will always stand with them and try to get those problems solved, whether it is the issue of restarting railway facilities or the matter of simplification in the rules of PRGI and journalist recognition identity card and the matter of recognition for digital media.
Politicians who attended the function, senior BJP leader Baljeet Yadav, BJP District President Vandana Popli, INLD District President Dr. Rajpal Yadav, former District Councilor Neetu Chaudhary, BJP District Vice President Praveen Sharma, former City Councilor Amritkalan Tikaniya, INLD State Spokesperson Advocate Rajwant Dahinwal, farmer leader Ishwar Singh Mahalawat, former Central Warehouse member Deepa Bhardwaj, all assured to raise the legitimate demands of the journalists in the upcoming assembly session through their political parties and MLAs and get them fulfilled by the Haryana Government.
On this occasion, Dr. Indu Bansal said that the Sangh works on the policy of 'not me, but we'. He informed that this is the fourth state level journalist award ceremony of Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana, he informed that earlier more than 250 journalists were honored in the first journalist award ceremony held in Karnal on 5 January 2025, in the second state level journalist award ceremony on 18 May 2025 in Palwal on Narad Jayanti, more than 100 journalists from across the state were honored. He informed that on last Sunday 22 June 2025, 120 journalists were honored in the state level Kalam Shri Award ceremony in Farrukhnagar (Pataudi) Gurugram.
Dr Bansal said that Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana is committed to the rights and security of journalists.
Soon Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and Governor Bandaru Dattatreya will be met regarding the demand for journalist protection law in Haryana and the pending demands of journalists and the problems of journalists will be made known to them.
