Trainer Jagmeet Singh told that he conducts 6 yoga classes daily from 6 am to 7 pm in Mohali city, in which the first class is held in Sector-71, near Bachpan School from 6 am to 7 am and the second class is held in Sector-71 Kargil Park from 7.05 am to 8.05 am, the third class is held in Sector-70 near Ashma School from 8.15 am to 9.15 am and the fourth class is held in Ravidas Bhawan Mataur from 3.55 pm to 4.55 pm, the fifth class is held in Dharamshala Mataur from 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm and the sixth and last class is held in Sector 69 Khel Parisar from 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Trainer Jagmeet Singh told that by doing yoga our body remains fresh throughout the day. He told that yoga practice eliminates diseases from the body and also prevents new diseases from developing. He said that our body is very precious, it should not be wasted, it should be taken care of.
