Garhshankar: Binewal Tehsil Garhshankar District Hoshiarpur, December 15, 2024: Hundreds of people gathered today at Comrade Raghunath Singh’s native village Binewal to observe his fourth death anniversary. The event was a very inspiring occasion; attended by members of the Centre of Indian Trade Unions (CITU), Communist Party of India (Marxist) [CPI(M)], representatives of other political parties, family members, and people from all walks of life.

Comrade Raghunath Singh, a renowned figure in mass movements and for his lifelong dedication to peace and social equality, the working class and mutual brotherhood, was remembered. Speakers at the gathering highlighted his immense contribution to the labour movement, his unwavering commitment to justice, and his role in inspiring people to embrace the cause of equality and dignity for all.

During the program, Comrade Sukhwinder Sekhon, ----- paid tribute to the legacy of Comrade Raghunath Singh Ji through his thoughts. The attendees reaffirmed their commitment to those ideals and took a collective pledge to follow the path shown by him and continue their struggle for a just and equitable society.
