Giving information in this regard, District Sports Officer Harpinder Singh said that today in Kho Kho under-17 (boys) age group competitions, Sangrur beat Fazilka by 06 points, Patiala beat Barnala by 14 points, Ludhiana beat Moga by 08 points, Jalandhar beat Bathinda by 08 points. by 08 points and Sangrur defeated Ludhiana by 01 points to win. Similarly, among girls, Sangrur defeated Malerkotla by 12 points, Patiala defeated Barnala by 11 points, Moga defeated Jalandhar by 03 points and Sri Muktsar Sahib defeated Bathinda by 11 points. In the Kabaddi (Circle Style) Girls Under-14 age group, Faridkot beat Ropar by 22-17, Tarn Taran beat Amritsar by 29-19, Ferozepur beat Barnala by 18-00, Bathinda beat Mohali by 20-02. In boys under-17 age group, Jalandhar beat Ropar 28-16 points, Ludhiana beat Faridkot 27-14 points, Malerkotla beat Mansa 26-16 points, Moga beat Ferozepur 24-14 points, Bathinda beat Fatehgarh Sahib 19-10.
