Save the Earth Day celebrated at Soni Public School.

Today, World Save the Earth Day is being celebrated in the world. The beauty of Mother Earth is God, meaning the earth, the sky, the pure and pure sky and the atmosphere, the air, meaning the winds, fire (sun) and water, meaning water. This idea was conveyed by Principal Mrs. Ramandeep Kaur, Soni Public School Patiala to the students about the earth drinking soil, pollution-free environment, peace, humility, tolerance, sweet speech, obedience and beautifying Mother Earth by planting as many plants as possible.

 Shri Kaka Ram Verma, Retired Training Supervisor Red Cross Society said that Lord Shri Krishna Ji has also said in the Bhagavad Gita that God resides in God, meaning the earth, the sky, the winds, fire and pure and pure water from where every living being, animal, bird, human being gets food, water, winds, flowers, fruits, vegetables, pulses. Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji also said about the importance of Mother Earth that Pawan Guru Pani Pita Mata Dharti Mahatu. 
Bhavana Sharma and Mrs. Reena teachers thanked and said that every human being, student, teacher, citizen should take a pledge that they will not destroy God by polluting the environment and setting fires, but by planting as many plants as possible, efforts will be made to save drinking water and soil fertility. Every person will definitely plant 10/20 plants in a year and efforts will be made for their safety, protection, respect, prosperity and progress. 
Principal Mrs. Ramandeep Kaur encouraged the children to press the fruit kernels into any soil instead of throwing them away. She told the children that the water that is used for cleaning floors, vehicles and streets, which is used to extract from the earth through electricity, costs Rs. 20/30 per bucket. That means we are wasting Rs. 1500 per month and Rs. 18,000 per year.
