Cabinet Minister Jimpa started the construction of streets in Ward No. 12 at a cost of Rs. 1.3 lakh.

Hoshiarpur - Cabinet Minister Brahm Shankar Gimpa has started the street maintenance work in Mohalla Gobind Nagar of Ward No. 12 at a cost of Rs. 1.3 lakh. Mayor Surinder Kumar, Chairman of Urban Improvement Trust Hoshiarpur Harmeet Aulakh, Senior Deputy Mayor Praveen Saini and Deputy Mayor Ranjita Chaudhary were also present with him on this occasion.

The cabinet minister said that the aim of the government is to provide basic facilities to every neighborhood and every street, so that the common people do not have to face any kind of inconvenience. He further said that the government has made large-scale plans for the development of the area and they are being implemented rapidly. Brahm Shankar Jimpa said on this occasion that the Municipal Corporation is committed to carry out equal development work in every part of the city. He also directed the officials to complete the work on time.
