Bhulath, September 11- A lineman committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree in the premises of PowerCom's grid station located in nearby village Bhatnura Kalan (Chowk Bajaj). According to the information received, Namdev, a resident of Beas village, was posted in Bhogpur as a lineman. Due to the strike by the electricity employees, his duty was assigned by the department in the grid at Chowk Bajaj.
 Namdev committed suicide by hanging himself from a guava tree in the grid premises last night. According to the information received from the spot, the lineman did not know about the work car of the grid, due to which he was disturbed. In this regard, Bhulath Electricity Board's SDO Kultar Singh said that this employee belonged to Bhogpur circle, only the Bhogpur office can tell about this. He refused to say anything about this suicide.
Bhulath police has taken possession of the body and started further legal proceedings. The heirs of the deceased employee also reached the spot.
