Haryana Assembly Elections: Hooda and Assembly Speaker Gyan Chand Gupta filed nominations from their respective seats.

Chandigarh, September 11- Senior Congress leader Bhupinder Singh Hooda and Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker Gyan Chand Gupta are among the candidates who filed their nominations for the Vidhan Sabha elections today. Former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda along with his wife Asha Hooda, son Dipendra Hooda and daughter-in-law Shweta Hooda were also present on the occasion of filing nomination.

Former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda along with his wife Asha Hooda, son Dipendra Hooda and daughter-in-law Shweta Hooda were also present on the occasion of filing nomination. Hooda filed his nomination from Garhi Sampla Kiloi assembly seat in Rohtak district. Before filing the nomination, he performed 'havan'.
Meanwhile, Speaker of Haryana Vidhan Sabha Gyan Chand Gupta filed his nomination from Panchkula Vidhan Sabha seat. BJP leader and Haryana affairs co-incharge Biplab Kumar Deb was also present with them. Meanwhile, BJP candidate Shakti Rani Sharma filed nomination from Kalka seat. Later, he also conducted a road show in his constituency. Her husband and former Union Minister Vinod Sharma and her son and Rajya Sabha member Kartike Sharma were also present with her.
