Today Adarsh ??Social Welfare Society Raj Punjab, under the leadership of Founder President Satish Kumar Soni, planted saplings on the auspicious occasion of Sawan month in Sabzi Mandi Garhshankar. During which, General Secretary of the Society Punjab Dr. Harikrishna Banga, Chief Speaker Prof. Jagdish Roy, Senior Vice President Dr. Lakhwinder Kumar, Legal Advisor Surinder Badpagga, Block President Banga Nishan Lal Ladi, Dalveer Raju, Happy Sadhowalia and other dignitaries participated.

This plant was planted with the cooperation of Langar Shaheed Bhagat Singh Welfare Society. On this occasion, shady trees and fruit trees were distributed to environment lovers. On this occasion, first of all Master Dharampal prayed for the well-being of all, after which Kadaah Prasad was served to the gathered people. After which shady and fruit plants were distributed. On this occasion, General Secretary Dr. Harikrishnan said that the Society has been running the Beti Bachao, Dharti Bachao campaign for the last seven years. During which efforts are made for the betterment of daughters and every year, Lohri of daughters is organized by going to different villages. Chief speaker Punjab Jagdish Rai said that in the past, humans played with natural resources, due to which the balance of our earth got disturbed. To control this, various social organizations had to come forward and make efforts. Master Dharampal, President of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Welfare Society said that this is a commendable initiative taken by Adarsh ??Social Welfare Society Punjab. This work has been done keeping in mind the delicacy of the time, in the coming time our society will continue to do more social welfare work in collaboration with Adarsh ??Social Welfare Society Punjab. Senior Vice President of the Society Lakhwinder Kumar said that in the recent past, farmers have set fire to the wheat stubble. Due to which many animals were sacrificed in the fire, due to which the water level in the earth went down. Drought conditions had arisen in many places. On one hand, where some mischievous elements were bent on disturbing the balance of the universe, on the other hand, Adarsh ??Social Welfare Society and many other social organizations kept running awareness campaigns by planting and distributing saplings at various places. Satish Kumar Soni, Founder President of Adarsh ??Social Society thanked the Sabha and the office bearers of Shaheed Bhagat Welfare Society for this noble deed and requested the State and Central Government to make strict laws as soon as possible in the coming time. Strict action should be taken against those who set fire at agricultural and other public places and punishment should be announced and strictly implemented.
