International Mother Language Day was celebrated by organizing Gurmukhi and book exhibition in Khalsa College
SAS Nagar, February 22 - In connection with the International Mother Language Day, Khalsa College Amritsar) Technology and Business Studies, Phase 3A organized a Gurmukhi book exhibition by the Punjabi department of the college under the leadership of Principal Dr. Harish Kumari.
SAS Nagar, February 22 - In connection with the International Mother Language Day, Khalsa College Amritsar) Technology and Business Studies, Phase 3A organized a Gurmukhi book exhibition by the Punjabi department of the college under the leadership of Principal Dr. Harish Kumari.
The exhibition organized in the college displayed various items written in Gurmukhi, including Gurmukhi puzzle, Gurmukhi mobile stand, Gurmukhi fatti, Gurmukhi dupatta, Gurmukhi wall hanging clock, calendar etc. along with some informative Punjabi books. Books were also displayed.
On this occasion, Dr. Harish Kumari, principal of the college, while throwing light on the importance of Punjabi language and its history, said that we all should respect our mother tongue.
