Khalsa College Mahilpur got approval from Punjab University to start three-year course of BSc Medical Lab Technology.

Mahilpur, June 19 - Punjab University Chandigarh has given approval to Shri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College Mahilpur to start three-year course of BSc Medical Lab Technology from this session. Talking about this, the Principal of the college, Dr. Parvinder Singh said that the inspection team of Punjab University Chandigarh, after examining the academic structure, staff, laboratories and entire administrative staff of the Science Block of the college, has approved this institution to start three-year course of BSc Medical Lab Technology from this new session.

Talking about this, the Principal of the college, Dr. Parvinder Singh said that the inspection team of Punjab University Chandigarh, after examining the academic structure, staff, laboratories and entire administrative staff of the Science Block of the college, has approved this institution to start three-year course of BSc Medical Lab Technology from this new session.
Which is a matter of pride for this institution. He said that students who have passed class 12th in medical or non-medical subjects under science stream are eligible to take admission in this course.
He said that after doing this course, students can get employment opportunities in government and private medical institutions as Medical Lab Technician, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Diagnostic Lab Operator, Blood Bank, Microbiology Technician, Pathology Technician, Clinical Laboratory Scientist etc.
Apart from this, this course will also connect students to innumerable employment opportunities in medical research institutes and pharmaceutical companies. He appealed to the students who have passed 12th (Science Stream) to contact the Admission and Counseling Cell located in the college to ensure admission in this course with limited seats.
On this occasion, President of Sikh Educational Council Sant Sadhu Singh Kaharpur, Patron Dr. Jang Bahadur Singh Rai, Manager Inderjit Singh Bharta and General Secretary Professor Apinder Singh thanked the administrators of Punjab University Chandigarh for granting recognition to the college to start this course.
