These thoughts were expressed by District Education Officer Elementary Patiala Mrs. Salu Mehra while honouring 21 talented teachers of the district on behalf of Dedicated Brothers Group.

Dr. Rakesh Vermi President, Harpreet Sandhu Secretary, Jaspreet Singh Joint Secretary said that today's students do not need high marks but maximum intelligence, understanding, humility, tolerance, patience, peace, discipline and morals. Only good teachers, who are blessed by God and consider students as angels of God, have the feelings, thoughts and habits of imparting maximum quality knowledge.
On this occasion, Kaka Ram Verma, Chief Trainer First Aid, Safety, Health Awareness Mission, explained the importance of Civil Defense, First Aid, Fire Safety, CPR and requested that every student, employee, businessman and citizen who is above 18 years of age, has a sense of security, honor, prosperity and progress of their country and saving victims and properties during wars, epidemics, disasters.
Immediately, Indians should contact Punjab Home Guard Civil Defense Patiala to become members of Civil Defense and get a training identity card, forever, by forming disaster management, civil defense teams in their neighborhoods, colonies, and become helpful friends of the victims in times of crisis.
State Secretary Dr. Rishma Kohli emphasized that for our own health, safety, protection, and help, we all should participate in training, exercises, and mock drills, prepare ourselves as the country's second line of defense, support the Indian Army, the administration, and be ready to provide security services to humanity.
