Patiala 5 June:- Today an emergency meeting of grade four (permanent and temporary) employees was held in the union office under the chairmanship of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Golu in which comrade Ram Kishan Chairman specially participated.
At this time the employee leaders strongly condemned the procrastination policy of the Aam Aadmi Party government of Punjab in the matter of regularizing the grade four employees working in Rajindra Hospital and Medical College Patiala for the last 17-18 years and demanded the fulfillment of the promises made before the elections and said that these employees should be regularized immediately by giving them full salary.
Apart from this, the grade four employees brought to the notice of the union leaders the matter of the new Medical Superintendent Dr. Vishal Chopra harassing the employees without any reason, coming to OPD and wards at 7:15 am and being absent and threatening them. The leaders decided to solve the problem by sending a notice and fixing the time of the meeting. And also said that if there is no solution to the problem, then the organization will be forced to start a struggle.
The officers will be fully responsible for the increase and decrease during this struggle. Apart from others, Joint Action Committee Chairman Swarn Singh Banga, Ram Kishan, Chaman Lal, Mukesh Kumar, Kishore Kumar Tony, Ajay Kumar Seepa, Mahendra Singh Sidhu etc. were specially present in today's meeting.
