Una, 20 February- The movement of vehicles on Amb-Andaura-Gagret road will remain closed from February 21 to August 21, 2025. During this period, traffic will be diverted to alternate routes. Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate Jatin Lal has issued orders in this regard under Section 115 and 116 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
He said that these orders have been issued to carry out other construction works including the upgradation work of the road quickly and smoothly. He said that for the movement of vehicles, traffic has been diverted to an alternate route from Pakka Paroh-Badaun Road to Andaura via NH 503 Extension and Adarsh ??Nagar Athwan Road via NH 503.
The Deputy Commissioner has directed the concerned officials to put up advance boards to inform the public about the closure of the road and to inform about the change of route.
