The colonel's wife said that the four accused in this case, Inspector Harjinder Singh, Sharminder Singh, Ronnie Singh and Harry Boparai, have not been caught. She had met Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria regarding this matter. Along with this, she had also met DGP Chandigarh.
She had demanded that arrest warrants be issued for all the four accused. They should be declared PO (fugitive offender). Also, my statement should be recorded and the investigation of the case should be completed within 4 months. Punjab Police is not cooperating in arresting these accused. Now a lookout notice has been issued against these accused. Also, the process of declaring them PO (fugitive offender) is also going on.
