Patiala, February 17- Punjab Health and Family Welfare and Medical Education and Research Minister Dr. Balbir Singh chaired a high level meeting with the district administration. He reviewed the progress of development projects of Patiala district and solution of problems with the officials of various departments.
He said that the district officials should provide corruption free services to the people. The Health Minister said that Patiala city should be made completely clean and beautiful and more and more trees should be planted in the city. Apart from this, he directed the officials of the concerned departments to provide clean and better roads, complete the work of the people within the stipulated time without any delay and without bribe.
He said that the work of Badi Nadi and Chhoti Nadi should be completed before the rains so that people do not face any kind of problem. While reviewing the traffic, the Health Minister also directed to do parking in the markets in a planned manner. Patiala Deputy Commissioner Dr Preeti Yadav assured Health Minister Dr Balbir Singh that transparent and clean administration would be provided to the district residents as per the instructions of Punjab Government.
She directed all the officers to complete the development works in a time bound manner. SSP Dr Nanak Singh, ADC (Rural Development) Anumrita Johal, ADC (H) Isha Singal, ADC (Urban Development) Navreet Kaur Sekhon, Chief Administrator PDA Manisha Rana, Assistant Commissioner Richa Goyal, Joint Commissioner Municipal Corporation Deep Jot Kaur, Chief Minister Field Officer Navjot Sharma and all SDMs were present on the occasion.
