At such a time, 'CM Yoga Shala' is playing an important role in making people health conscious, which is a commendable step of the Punjab government.
Expressing this, SDM Mohali Damandeep Kaur said that with the important participation of yoga in today's stressful and busy life, every person can make his life completely happy by bringing changes in his life.
He informed that for 'CM Di Yogshala' in Mohali, trainer Sonia is conducting 6 yoga classes daily in Nayan village, in which the first class is held at Prachin Panchmukhi, Shiv Mandir, Main Market from 10.55 am to 11.55 am, the second class is held at Adarsh ??Nagar, near Baba Balak Nath Mandir from 12.10 pm to 1.10 pm, the third class is held at Adarsh ??Nagar, near Negi General Store from 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm, the fourth class is held at Nirankari Bhawan, near Adarsh ??Nagar from 4.05 pm to 5.05 pm, the fifth class is held at Adarsh ??Nagar from 5.10 pm to 6.10 pm and the sixth class is held at Adarsh ??Nagar from 6.15 pm to 7.15 pm, where yoga training is given without any charge.
SDM Mohali informed that trainer Sonia is organizing 6 yoga sessions daily as per the convenience of the people and connecting them with a healthy lifestyle. He said that this is the first time that the Punjab government has done so that free yoga classes have been arranged for the common people keeping in mind their physical and mental well-being.
He appealed to the people to take maximum advantage of the 'CM Yogashala'. Yoga trainer Sonia said that people associated with yoga are feeling healthy due to continuous yoga practice. He said that keeping in mind the busy schedule of the common people, the timing of these sessions has been kept very flexible which start from 10.55 am and go on till 7.15 pm.
He said that keeping in mind the convenience of the common people, these sessions are being organized in parks, community centers and dharamshalas located near their homes so that more and more people can take advantage of yoga classes.
