Patiala, February 4 - Patiala Deputy Commissioner Dr. Preeti Yadav has issued orders to all Patwaris that they will ensure to meet people in their offices from 9 am to 11 am for the work of common people.
Patwaris posted in all tehsils and sub-tehsils of Patiala district have been issued written orders that they will meet people in their offices daily from 9 am to 11 am for the work of common people (except in case of any court case or any other important office work).
The Deputy Commissioner said that if any Patwari has to go on a tour in his area, then he will go after 11 am and first of all he will meet the people and ensure to complete their work so that common people do not have to wait and they do not feel embarrassed.
He said that if a Patwari does not have any duty in the field or in higher offices, he will remain present in the office even after 11 am for the work of the general public.
