Deputy Commissioner inspected the Patwar station being built at a cost of Rs 7.65 crore

Patiala, February 4- Deputy Commissioner Dr. Preeti Yadav inspected the ongoing work of the two-storey Patwar station being built at a cost of Rs 7.65 crore along with the Sub Registrar Office in the District Administrative Complex of Patiala. On this occasion, she obtained information about the entire complex from Amritpal Singh, Executive Engineer of Punjab Mandi Board, who is constructing this complex, and other officials and directed that this building should be completed by March 15, 2025.

On this occasion, she obtained information about the entire complex from Amritpal Singh, Executive Engineer of Punjab Mandi Board, who is constructing this complex, and other officials and directed that this building should be completed by March 15, 2025.
Dr. Preeti Yadav said that this building is being constructed by the Punjab Mandi Board with the funds provided by the Punjab Government to provide all the services of the Revenue Department related to real estate to the people under one roof. On this occasion, while inspecting the building, she instructed the officials that there should be no compromise with the quality of work and every work should be done as per the prescribed standards. The Deputy Commissioner said that 69 cabins are being built for Patwaris and 7 for Kanungos at this new Patwari station.
He said that the entire building will be equipped with modern facilities and people will not have to visit different Patwari offices. Apart from toilet and drinking water facilities, lift facility will also be provided to go to the second floor. On this occasion, DSM Sukhmander Singh, SDO Pankaj Kumar, Chairman Patwari Sukhjinder Singh of Tehsil Patiala were also present.
