Hoshiarpur- The festival of Lohri was celebrated by offering Shri Sukhmani Sahib at the District De-Addiction Rehabilitation Center, Hoshiarpur. In which the Honorable MLA of Chabbewal constituency, Dr. Ishank Chabbewal participated as the chief guest. During this, Dr. Pawan Kumar Shagotra, Civil Surgeon, Hoshiarpur, Dr. Harbans Kaur, Deputy Medical Commissioner, Shri Rishav Arora, Joint Secretary, Government of India were specially present.
This program was organized under the leadership of Dr. Mahima Manhas, Medical Officer, District De-Addiction Rehabilitation Center, Hoshiarpur. On this occasion, Dr. Ishank Chabbewal MLA wished all the staff and patients a Happy New Year and Lohri and motivated the patients undergoing treatment to remain drug free. During the ceremony, Dr. Pawan Kumar, Civil Surgeon, Hoshiarpur wished everyone a Happy Lohri.
