Garhshanker- Master Rajkumar Horan of nearby village Dogarpur has established Amritpal Singh Memorial Welfare Club in the name of his late son Amritpal Singh to keep the memory of him alive. Lovely Kumari will be the patron of this club.
During the first ceremony after the establishment of the club, Raj Kumar of the family and his wife Gurbakhsh Kaur gave bags (kits) to all the children of Government Elementary School Bakapur Guru. On this occasion, he said that although his son left him at a young age, this club has been established in his name to keep his memory alive forever.
Through this club, public welfare works will continue at different times, especially projects related to children's education will be run. School Principal Madam Baljit Kaur and staff members were present on this occasion.
