Department of Mechanical Engineering at Modern Group of Colleges hosted an intelligent guest lecture on “Industrial Robotics and Automation”.

The Department of Computer Science and Applications at Modern Group of Colleges successfully organized a two-day workshop on "Full Stack Development and Python with Django" on October 18-19, 2024. The workshop aims to impart practical knowledge and hands-on knowledge to the students. The workshop saw heavy participation of students from BCA, CSE, and Artificial Intelligence in two key areas of C.

The workshop aims to impart practical knowledge and hands-on knowledge to the students. The workshop saw heavy participation of students from BCA, CSE, and Artificial Intelligence in two key areas of C.
Expert speakers from Tech Cad Jalandhar participated in the workshop. On the first day, Mr. Prabhat, Software Developer, and Ms. Ashmita, HR Professional, gave an insightful lecture on Full Stack Development and Python. They engaged the students in practical sessions, providing practical experience in both fields and providing valuable industry insights. Their focus on real-world applications of full stack development provided students with a solid foundation in the subject.
On the second day, Mr. Amit, Mr. Prabhat, shed light on these topics in depth in Python and Full Stack Development. His interactive teaching style and hands-on exercises enabled students to understand complex concepts and discover real-time solutions.
The workshop was organized under the supervision of Dr. Kamal Kishore, Head of the Department, who welcomed the guests and introduced the speakers to the students. 
Principal Dr. Jatinder Kumar, Associate Dean Prof Sukhjinder Singh, Head of Department Mechanical Engineering Dr Ranjit Singh appreciated the efforts of the department for bridging the gap between academic education and industry demands. On this occasion, Managing Director Dr Arshdeep Singh, Department , and said that the workshop ended with a resounding success, equipping the students with essential skills required for a career in software development.
