DS Mangat and Mandeep Singh Sidhu visited Nabha Anaj Mandi

Nabha, October 23 - Divisional Commissioner Daljit Singh Mangat and Patiala Range DIG Mandeep Singh Sidhu visited Nabha grain market today and reviewed the ongoing purchase and lifting of paddy. On this occasion, the Divisional Commissioner said that the lifting is going on rapidly in the mandis and today a lot of lifting has been done in the Nabha Anaj Mandi as well.

Nabha, October 23 - Divisional Commissioner Daljit Singh Mangat and Patiala Range DIG Mandeep Singh Sidhu visited Nabha grain market today and reviewed the ongoing purchase and lifting of paddy. On this occasion, the Divisional Commissioner said that the lifting is going on rapidly in the mandis and today a lot of lifting has been done in the Nabha Anaj Mandi as well. Daljit Singh Mangat said that the Punjab government has made proper arrangements for the purchase and lifting of paddy and the agreements with the shellers have also been properly concluded and there is no problem with transport.
He said that the entire district administration has been deployed in the mandis so that the farmers do not have to face difficulties in the mandis. Expressing satisfaction over the ongoing procurement and lifting in the Nabha grain market, he said that the speed at which the lifting work is going on, the mandis will soon be empty.
On this occasion, DIG Patiala Range Mandeep Singh Sidhu said that the procurement of paddy in the markets is going on smoothly and now the lifting has also picked up speed and within the next two days the lifting of paddy will be done from the markets.
On this occasion, SDM Nabha Dr. Ismat Vijay Singh, Market Committee Secretary Ashwani Mehta, AFSO Pankaj Thakar, Brinder Singh Inspector Pangren, Mandi Supervisor Gurmanak Singh, Daljit Singh Khatra and officials of all procurement agencies were present.
