Chandigarh, March 9: Punjabi entertainment industry, Punjab Film Industry, Saaj Cine Production and MDN Entertainment are going to organize 'Simpa Awards 2025' (Cine Media Punjabi Awards) on March 22 at CGC College Jhanjeri, Mohali. The event will run from 12 noon to 4 pm.
Let us tell you that this will be a golden day for the Punjabi industry, where along with entertaining the audience, various personalities dedicated to Punjabi cinema and music will be honored in the form of awards and their honor will be further enhanced. Talking about this joint effort of the entertainment industry, Punjab film directors Kulwant Gill, NS Lehal and Tejinder Kaur said that during this award ceremony, to gather the Punjabi industry family at one place and entertain them as well as contribute to the prosperity and popularity of Punjabi cinema and music,
Various personalities such as actors and actresses, film producers, production banners, film writers, dialogue writers, music composers, film cameramen, lightmen, make-up artists, dress designers, set designers, art directors, casting artists, editors, spot boys, screenplay, negative role, action directors, child artists and veteran artists etc. will be honoured with various awards.
They further said that during this event, special honour will also be given to those film journalists who have made a big contribution in promoting films in the entertainment world. They further said that preparations for this award are being completed at a fast pace and famous personalities of Punjabi film industry and music field will be present on the occasion. Today an emergency meeting was held in Mohali regarding its preparations in which journalists and members of Punjab film world, Bol Punjab Cultural Forum and Panj Dariya Cultural Forum were present.
