The Department of Social Justice, Empowerment and Minorities has invited applications for the recruitment of 5 posts of non-official members of the Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission by 19 August 2024. Giving information in this regard, Social Justice, Empowerment and Minorities Minister Dr. Baljit Kaur said that the Punjab government is to recruit 5 non-official members (one for women) of the State Scheduled Castes Commission to implement the welfare schemes of the Scheduled Castes. | So that by implementing the welfare schemes, the concerned can get benefits. Dr. Baljit Kaur said that the applicant who is qualified, honest, belongs to the Scheduled Caste and who has worked for the welfare of the Scheduled Caste and the age of the applicant should not be more than 65 years, can apply for this post. The Cabinet Minister informed that the aspirants for this post should submit their applications to the office of the Director, Social Justice, Empowerment and Minorities Department at SCO No:7, Phase-1, SAS Nagar Mohali by 19 August 2024. can He further informed that the applicants who have applied for the first time in the advertisement dated 29.08.2023 and 21.10.2023 will also have to apply again, as the applications received earlier will not be considered. He said that applications received after the specified date and incomplete will not be considered.
