Nawanshahr - Gramin Mazdoor Union Punjab against the anti-Dalit attitude of Aam Aadmi Party and Hoshiarpur administration. On the other hand, the workers of Nawanshahr district will fully participate in the protest being organized in front of SSP Hoshiarpur's office on June 13 to register a case against Aam Aadmi Party MLA Jasvir Singh Raja and his supporters under SC, ST Act and other sections for abusing, snatching phones and assaulting the Dalit workers who were questioning them in village Tahli police station Tanda and for the unconditional release of Dalit worker leaders lodged in jail. In this regard, the meeting of the District Committee of Gramin Mazdoor Union was held in village Shahabpur under the chairmanship of the union's district leader Kamaljit Sanawa. Giving information about the meeting, Kamaljit Sanawa said that the anti-Dalit face of Aam Aadmi Party was exposed during the Lok Sabha elections when Aam Aadmi Party MLA from Tanda assembly constituency Jasvir Singh Raja exposed the truth during the campaign "Defeat BJP-Bhagao BJP, question other parties." On 20 May, during the election campaign in village Tahli, Dalit activists questioned him as to why the people living in the red line were not given ownership rights. Why did Dalits get ownership rights by removing illegal encroachment from the lands allotted by the provincial government? So instead of answering the questions with logic, Jasvir Singh Raja got furious and started challenging the labour leaders in the full meeting and started saying that you are asking the wrong question, we are giving ownership rights to the people living in the red line. Either you have to apologize and leave, or I will apologize. Saying this, he turned on the speaker of his mobile phone and talked to SDM Tanda, then he asked him whether ownership rights are being given in his area or not, then the SDM told that ownership rights have not been given anywhere in Tanda area, it is going on towards Mukerian. After the arrogance of the MLA of Bhagwant Mann government burst in the public meeting, he had to face embarrassment. On the contrary, they abused the Dalits to show their pride and caste inferiority and snatched the mobile phone of a Dalit labourer who was recording the entire incident and fled from the spot with his supporters. To make the victim Dalit labourers leaderless by misusing their power, a fabricated filmy story was made with the help of SSP Hoshiarpur and three labour leaders Novel Gill Tahli, Buddh Raj and Dharminder were put in jail. He said that Aam Aadmi Party and Hoshiarpur administration should not have the illusion of crushing the voice of Dalit workers. The administration should come out of this illusion and immediately release the labour leaders imprisoned in jail and register a case against the MLA of the assembly constituency and his supporters under SC/ST Act and other sections. Surinder Mirpuri, Kiranjit Kaur, Prem Singh Shahabpur, Ladi Kot Ranjha, Gurdayal Rakkad, Bagicha Singh Sahungra district leaders were present on this occasion.
