Chandigarh, August 2-- Haryana Minister for Revenue and Disaster Management, Urban Local Bodies and Civil Aviation, Shri Vipul Goyal said that Haryana's sports policy is one of the best policies in the country. Since 2014, there has been significant improvement in the sports infrastructure in the state as well as the country, which is the result of the visionary and effective policies of the Central and State Governments.
Shri Goyal was speaking after inaugurating the three-day Khel Mahakumbh 2025 in Faridabad on Saturday. This Mahakumbh will be organized from August 2 to 4.
On this occasion, the Minister said that the state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini is fully committed to promoting sports, overall development of the players and building their bright future and is continuously working in this direction. He assured the players present that if they work hard, the government will help them in every possible way and they will be provided with support at every level.
He thanked all the players who participated in this Khel Mahakumbh event and also congratulated and wished them well. He said that this Khel Mahakumbh will provide an important platform to the youth of the state to showcase their talent and move forward at the state and national levels.
