Una, January 3: Due to severe cold, the timings of all government and private schools (elementary, primary, secondary and higher secondary) in Una district have been changed. According to the orders issued by Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal, now the schools will operate from 10 am to 3 pm.
This order will be effective from January 4 to January 31, 2025. This decision has been taken keeping in mind the health and safety of the students. Instructions have been given to reduce prayer meetings and recess time to compensate for study time.
Apart from this, the Deputy Commissioner has directed the Regional Manager of HRTC to ensure operation of buses as per school timings so that students and teachers do not face any inconvenience.
