Historic 1101-Kund Rudra Koti Mahayagya to be Organized at Shri Siddheshwar Shiv Mandir, Bassi Gulam Hussain, Hoshiarpur: Swami Uday Giri Ji

Hoshiarpur: During the month of Shravan, as part of a 40-day religious event, a grand Rudrabhishek and bhandara were organized under the leadership of Swami Uday Giri Ji at Shri Siddheshwar Shiv Mandir, Bassi Gulam Hussain. Devotees performed Rudrabhishek, and prasad in the form of malpua and puri was distributed through a langar.

On this occasion, Swami Uday Giri Ji shared that a historic 1101-Kund Rudra Koti Mahayagya is being organized at the temple starting from February 19, 2026, and preparations for the same have already begun. He stated that this yagya is dedicated to the welfare of humanity, peace, and environmental improvement.
Anurag Sood, a devoted follower of the temple, appealed to devotees to extend their full support for this Mahayagya and to register immediately to become yajmans (sponsors). He noted that Swami Uday Giri Ji is always engaged in serving humanity and performing altruistic deeds.
Sood further stated that at a time when the world stands on the brink of destruction and the horrors of wars, yagya and havan are the keys to peace and security in such critical times. Yagyas also play a significant role in purifying the environment.
This Mahayagya will be a unique and rare sacred endeavor, with preparations already underway on a grand scale.
