Chandigarh , October 4 - Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that the ongoing development works in the village panchayats of the state should be completed in a planned manner within the stipulated time frame . Also , the officials should ensure that the benefits of public welfare schemes reach every eligible person at the ground level. For this, the officials should also ensure that the progress of development works is reviewed every 15 days .
Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini was chairing a review meeting here today with ADC, CEO of Zilla Parishad , DDPO and Executive Engineers of Panchayati Raj regarding various schemes of Development and Panchayat Department and Rural Development Department. Development and Panchayat Minister Shri Krishan Lal Panwar was also present on this occasion .
Shri Naib Singh Saini directed that village council meetings should be organized in village panchayats to expedite the work of regularizing unauthorized houses on land up to 500 sq. yards. Apart from this , basic action should be taken in village panchayats to make the eligible people aware . Village council meetings should be organized within the next three weeks and the cases should be disposed of accordingly . Apart from this , the registrations of the districts where the cases have been approved should be done soon .

The mistakes of the Swamitva Yojana should be corrected by organizing camps .
The Chief Minister has also directed that the beneficiaries who have been given authorization letters under the Chief Minister Gramin Awas Yojana 2.0 but whose registration has not been done due to any reason should be ensured to get their registration done within the next one month . Apart from this , the Chief Minister also directed that separate camps should be organized regarding the Swamitva Yojana to correct the errors and ensure that the Swamitva Yojana map is corrected and its report sent to the FCR .

Ensure proper utilization of State Finance Commission grant? ?
He gave instructions on the status of utilization of grant released to Zilla Parishad under State Finance Commission in the last 4 years that development works should be completed on priority basis within the stipulated time by making a plan and the amount of development works should be spent 100 percent . Apart from this , meeting of Panchayat Committees should be organized every 2 months .

Officials should coordinate with other departments regarding development works and plans .?? ?
Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that the officers should coordinate with each other regarding various development works and schemes so that the development works can be completed on time . Apart from this , he directed that quality should be taken care of in the development works and the construction materials should be checked from time to time . Apart from this , he said on the Swachh Bharat Mission ( Rural) Solid Waste Management Shed that the districts whose works are ready under it should prepare a district plan and complete it quickly . Along with this, it should be ensured that one project each under the Gobar Dhan Yojana for Faridabad, Gurugram , Jhajjar and Palwal districts should be prepared and sent to the head office .

SOP should be prepared for Drone Didi ?
The Chief Minister while giving instructions said that the repair and expansion works of Mahila Chaupal and SC/BC Chaupal in the state should be completed within 2 months . He asked the officials to prepare SOP for Drone Didi . Also, a time-bound plan should be made to achieve the goal of Lakhpati Didi .

Land selected to open a common market ?
He directed the officers under the Joint Market Scheme to select land for opening markets in the districts where there are no joint markets . The government's interest in opening a joint market is local for vocal so that the local artisans can get a new identity . Apart from this , a limit has been fixed for opening self-help group canteens . Also, plans for projects related to the Pradhan Mantri Adarsh ????Pandit Yojana should be prepared and the ongoing development works under it should be completed soon .

Emphasis should be given on beautification and cleanliness of ponds built under Amrit Sarovar Yojana
The Chief Minister directed the officials to complete the road repair work on priority basis . Also, special attention should be paid to the quality of white stripes on the road in time . The signboards on the roads should be organized . He stressed on the beautification and cleanliness of the ponds built under the Amrit Sarovar Yojana and said that the construction of footpaths , benches for sitting , planting of trees and other works should be completed in a timely manner . Apart from this , he also directed the officials to hold regular review meetings and complete the work quickly to give momentum to the renovation plan of Shiv Dham 

Excellence and modern village secretariats should be prepared in a low budget
Regarding the village secretariats, Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that attention should be paid to the environment and maintenance of the secretariats . With this, excellence and modern village secretariats should be prepared in a low budget so that they can be given an ideal form . Apart from this , he also gave instructions to complete the construction work of yoga and gymnasiums at the earliest , install street lights on the roads , and ensure regular maintenance of indoor stadiums . The Chief Minister clarified that the concerned officers will be responsible for the projects in which wrong estimates will be made and action will be taken against such officers.
