Garhshankar- The 39th Punjab State Super Football League competition organized by the Punjab Football Association was held at the Olympian Jarnail Singh Memorial Football Stadium at Babbar Akali Memorial Khalsa College, Garhshankar in collaboration with the Olympian Jarnail Singh Football Tournament Committee, Garhshankar.
In the competition, the team of Shere Punjab Football Club Shampura (Ropar) defeated the team of Olympian Jarnail Singh Football Academy, Garhshankar by a margin of 1-0 goals and registered victory.
During the competition, the college principal Dr. Amandeep Hira, the tournament committee, along with the executive president Dr. Harvinder Singh Bath, Shalinder Singh Rana, Superintendent Parminder Singh, Amandeep Singh Bains, former Sarpanch Pramod Kumar Dugri, introduced the players and started the match. Coach Hardeep Singh Gill, Tarlochan Singh Goli and other members were present on this occasion.
