Hoshiarpur- Chancellor of Rayat Bahra Professional University and Chairman of Rayat Bahra Group Gurvinder Singh Bahra today lauded the Punjab government’s decision to establish Rayat Bahra Professional University at Hoshiarpur and said that it is an important decision with an aim to provide quality higher education to the students of the state.
