Giving information about this, Circle Secretary of National Union of Postal Employees Mr. Baljit Sigh said that in this election held for 12 seats, Apna Panel and Naresh Panel had nominated their candidates. He said that Meenakshi got 3770 votes from Chandigarh for 5 seats of Punjab while her rival Naresh Panal candidate Gurmukh Singh got 3224 votes. From Jalandhar, Dharmapal of Apna panel got 3713 votes and Gladwin of Nash panel got 3193 votes. From Amritsar, Apna panel's Lakhwinder Pal Singh secured 3823 votes while Naresh panel's candidate Surekha Rani got 3233 votes. Similarly, Vinod Salgania of Apna panel got 3746 votes and Vinay Kumar of Naresh panel got 3202 votes from Patiala. From Ludhiana, Ravinder Singh of Apna panel got 3799 votes and Jasdev of Naresh panel got 3202 votes.
Mr. Baljinder Singh Raipur Klan said that apart from this, Jorawar Singh, Sachin Kharav and Sunita Rani of Apna Panel have won the Haryana seats while Sonu, Sandeep Gulia, Sunil Kumar and Sandeep Kumar of the Apna Panel have won four seats in Delhi. He said that these directors have been elected for 5 years from which the chairman will be elected on October 15.
